- 1 (21 ounce) package fudge brownie blend
- Peppermint Filling:
- 5 cups confectioners' sugar
- 14 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Peppermint Extract
- 1/eight teaspoon Berry color from McCormick® Color from Nature™ - Food Colors
- Chocolate Glaze:
- 12 ounces semi-candy baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
- half of cup butter
- Crushed peppermint sweets or candy canes (non-obligatory)
