- 2 kilos Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as wished
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- half of cup balsamic vinegar
- half of teaspoon salt

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cook bison bacon over medium heat in a massive skillet for 5 to 6 mins or until crisp, turning every so often. If necessary, drain on paper towels. Cool barely. Cut into chunk-size pieces; set apart.
