  • Melt 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan over low warmth; whisk white sugar and chocolate drink blend into butter till clean. Remove saucepan from warmness; whisk in 1 teaspoon vanilla and beaten egg. Stir crushed crackers and coconut into chocolate mixture. Press mixture into the lowest of organized pan. Refrigerate until set, approximately 30 minutes.
