"This is my personal interpretation of a smoothie recipe that my acupuncturist gave to me. It continues me happy all morning whilst I am at paintings."
Ingredients :
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (consisting of Chobani®)
- 1 cup sparkling strawberries
- half of banana
- three oz. Infant carrots, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
- 1 cup frozen blueberries

- Pour soy milk and flax seeds into a blender. Allow flax seeds to melt, 1 to a few mins. Turn blender on and add yogurt, strawberries, banana, carrots, and coconut, mixing properly after each addition. Add blueberries and blend until clean.
