  • Melt half of cup butter in a saucepan over low heat; whisk white sugar and chocolate drink mix into butter till easy. Remove saucepan from heat; whisk in 1 teaspoon vanilla and crushed egg. Stir beaten crackers and coconut into chocolate mixture. Press aggregate into the bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate until set, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Beat 3 tablespoons butter and confectioners' sugar with an electric powered mixer in a bowl till easy; stir in milk and final 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread icing combination frivolously over chocolate-cracker aggregate; refrigerate till set, about half-hour.
  • Melt chocolate chips with margarine in a saucepan over low warmth; whisk till easy. Pour chocolate aggregate over icing layer; smooth with a spatula. Refrigerate bars till set, approximately 1 hour. Serve bloodless or at room temperature.
