"This is my own interpretation of a smoothie recipe that my acupuncturist gave to me. It keeps me happy all morning whilst I am at work."
Ingredients :
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (such as Chobani®)
- 1 cup sparkling strawberries
- half of banana
- three oz. Child carrots, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
- 1 cup frozen blueberries

- Pour soy milk and flax seeds right into a blender. Allow flax seeds to soften, 1 to a few mins. Turn blender on and add yogurt, strawberries, banana, carrots, and coconut, mixing nicely after every addition. Add blueberries and blend till smooth.
