• 2 (3 ounce) applications lime-flavored gelatin mix (which include Jell-O®)
• 2 cups boiling water
• 2 cups chilled sparkling water
• 1/four cup prepared habanero pepper jelly
• three habanero peppers, or to flavor - divided
