"I had this dish years in the past at an ex-boyfriend's residence whilst I became there for Thanksgiving dinner and his mom shared her recipe. - 2 (29 ounce) cans sweet potatoes, drained
- 1/four cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon amaretto liqueur, or extra to taste
- 2 teaspoons floor ginger
