Ingredients :

  • Cake:
  • 3 cups all-reason flour
  • 1 half teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • three/four cup margarine
  • 2 1/four cups white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 half cups eggnog
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
  • Frosting:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 (eight ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
