- 2 tablespoons vermouth
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, tired and liquid reserved
- 1 cup bird broth, or as wished
- 1/4 cup blue cheese salad dressing

- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium warmth; cook and stir onion and thyme in the melted butter until onion is barely softened, approximately 5 mins. Add vermouth; cook dinner and and stir until liquid is evaporated, 2 to 3 minutes.
