- 1 pinch mustard powder

- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 3/four cup bitter cream

- Melt butter in a massive pot over medium-high warmth. Cook and stir onion and garlic in melted butter until the onion is golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.

- Pour approximately half the water over the red meat combination. Add sauerkraut and sour cream; stir. Bring the mixture to a boil and add remaining water; cook dinner at a boil till thickened, about 15 mins.
